Designed by Simone Micheli, Livio challenges conventional seating typologies through a fluid and unexpected silhouette. Conceived as a continuous volume, the armchair rises from the floor with a soft, organic presence, transforming a functional object into a sculptural element capable of defining the space around it. Its distinctive shape creates an immediate visual impact while maintaining a welcoming and comfortable character.

Balancing experimentation and usability, Livio reflects Micheli’s vision of design as an emotional experience, where form becomes a language and objects acquire their own personality. Presented at the ADI Design Museum as part of the exhibition dedicated to the designer’s creative journey, the armchair stands as a bold expression of contemporary Italian design, combining innovation, imagination and craftsmanship.
