DESIGNER

PAOLO GUCCI

Paolo Gucci was one of the first designers to contribute to the creative identity of FORMITALIA, bringing his distinctive vision from the world of Italian fashion into the company's early collections. Drawing on his Florentine heritage, experimental approach and deep knowledge of materials, he introduced a new way of conceiving luxury interiors, where furniture, decoration and lifestyle became part of a coherent design language. Working closely with David Overi, he developed the Boutique Collection, a pioneering project that anticipated the concept of a complete luxury environment long before it became an industry standard.

His contribution played a defining role in the early development of FORMITALIA, leading the company to its first appearance at the Salone del Mobile and helping establish its position within the world of high end interiors. Through his vision, fashion and furniture came together in a unique expression of Italian creativity, leaving a legacy that continues to be part of the company's design culture today.
