During Milan Design Week 2026, the FORMITALIA Milan Showroom becomes a destination where design, contemporary art and Italian craftsmanship come together in a unique experience.
Alongside the presentation of the brand's latest collections, FORMITALIA proudly presents "La Donna è Mobile", a special exhibition dedicated to Marco Lodola, one of Italy's most celebrated contemporary artists and a leading figure of the New Futurism movement.
The exhibition celebrates more than twenty years of collaboration between FORMITALIA and the artist, retracing a creative journey that has evolved into a lasting relationship founded on mutual vision, artistic freedom and a shared passion for beauty. Internationally recognised for his iconic illuminated plexiglass sculptures, Lodola transforms the showroom into an immersive environment where art naturally interacts with furniture, architecture and lifestyle.
Among the highlights of the exhibition is a unique reinterpretation of The Joker Throne, winner of the Archiproducts Design Awards, upholstered with Marco Lodola's exclusive artwork "Il Volto Degli Altri", created especially for this project. The piece represents the encounter between collectible design and contemporary artistic expression, becoming one of the symbolic works of the exhibition.
Visitors will also discover the latest FORMITALIA collections, including the WAYNE Enterprises Home Collection, the The Joker and Superman capsule collections designed by Stellantis Design Studio, the architectural elegance of the FORMITALIA Metropolitan Collection, and the refined universe of the DIDI boutique, dedicated to crystal accessories and exclusive decorative objects.
