Located in Dubai, Richmond District is the first branded residential development created by John Richmond, introducing a new vision of contemporary living where fashion, architecture and interior design come together within a single lifestyle concept. Developed by Mira Developments in partnership with ARAV Group, the project marks the beginning of an international series of branded residential destinations inspired by the unmistakable identity of the John Richmond brand.
The masterplan comprises five residential towers and one office tower, conceived around a shared podium dedicated to retail, leisure and wellness experiences. The architecture, designed by Marco Casamonti and Archea Associati, translates the bold and rebellious character of John Richmond into sculptural volumes, strong geometries and a distinctive architectural language that defines the identity of the development.
The interiors, designed by PARK, are furnished with the JR HOME by John Richmond collection, exclusively produced by FORMITALIA Group. Throughout the residences, the collection expresses the brand's creative vision through refined materials, bespoke furnishings and carefully balanced compositions, creating interiors where contemporary luxury meets the unmistakable spirit of John Richmond.
Entirely manufactured in Italy by FORMITALIA Group, the JR HOME by John Richmond collection brings together artisanal craftsmanship, premium materials and meticulous attention to detail, translating the brand's aesthetic into sophisticated living environments designed for an international audience.
