Located in the heart of Manhattan, 130 William is one of New York City's most distinctive luxury residential developments. Designed by Sir David Adjaye, the tower redefines contemporary urban living through its sculptural architecture, refined materiality and exceptional attention to detail.
Within the building, five exclusive residences have been individually curated with bespoke interiors conceived by Marek Reichman, Executive Vice President and Chief Creative Officer of Aston Martin. Each home expresses the unmistakable design language of the British marque, combining elegance, innovation and meticulous craftsmanship in a sophisticated residential setting.
The interiors feature a curated selection of pieces from the Aston Martin Home Collection, exclusively produced by FORMITALIA Group. Handcrafted furnishings, premium materials and bespoke finishes create a seamless dialogue between architecture and interior design, reflecting the refined character that defines both Aston Martin and FORMITALIA Group.
Every residence has been designed to maximise natural light, generous proportions and the connection with the surrounding cityscape. Expansive private loggias extend the living spaces outdoors, while the furniture reinforces an atmosphere of understated luxury through sculptural forms, fine leathers, precious woods and carefully balanced material combinations.
The project further strengthens FORMITALIA Group's collaboration with Aston Martin, demonstrating the company's expertise in translating an internationally recognised automotive design language into exclusive residential interiors. At 130 William, craftsmanship, architecture and contemporary living come together to create a unique expression of luxury in the heart of New York City.
